New Portfolio Company Freshstream: My Jewellery, Jewellery and Lifestyle Retail Chain
After the reporting date, Freshstream completed its ninth investment with an acquisition of a stake in My Jewellery, the largest affordable jewellery and lifestyle retail chain in the Benelux. My Jewellery currently operates more than 40 stores across Europe and has a strong online platform. Together with CEO & Founder Sharon Hilgers and CFO/CTO Vilmar Bliekendaal, Freshstream will focus on accelerating the company’s international growth, particularly in Germany and France. As part of the value creation strategy, the management team will also be strengthened, including Glen Senk as Chairman and Jenny de Vries as Non-Executive Director. Completion of the transaction is expected in Q3 2025.
