Co-investment Fund V

Co-investment Fund V is now open. It builds on the strategy of the previous co-investment funds, giving you the opportunity to invest directly in a selection of individual companies, often alongside leading private equity managers. This gives you access to exclusive deals.

  • Faster capital deployment and shorter term: Your investment is expected to be almost fully deployed within 18 months.

  • Higher target returns: Exclusive deals and lower costs have historically resulted in higher returns than traditional funds, albeit with greater concentration risk.

  • Tax-efficient: By making use of the participation exemption.

A measured selection

Spread: Spread through approximately 20-45 co-investments led by different private equity managers, across multiple geographies, strategies and sectors

Strong track record: Since launching in 2022, our co-investments that have been in the portfolio for more than a year have shown attractive returns.

Cash flow: Thanks to direct capital calls and a shorter investment period, the goal is to have 90% of the commitment invested within about 18 months. The duration of the fund is approx. 7 years (vs. approx. 10 years in regular PE funds).
