AG&E (April 2025) represents a co-investment alongside Liftout Capital in a leading structural engineering firm with a strong position in the fast-growing data center industry. The company has completed over 900 projects and maintains a well-filled order backlog, supporting further scale expansion.
Sentry Aerospares (May 2025) is a GP-led continuation vehicle managed by Acorn Capital Management. Sentry is a supplier of critical components for Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) situations, with transatlantic inventories and a customer base of over 600 clients. Since Acorn’s initial investment in 2019, the company has delivered strong performance, characterized by high margins and a robust inventory base that supports continued growth.
The current portfolio remains on track to achieve Headway’s target net return of approximately 3.0x.
